DELIVERY, RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

COURSES

Delivery: An email will be sent for registration on the teaching platform one week before the start of the course.

Cancellation and refund: will be made up to 10 days after the event, when 70% of the amount will be refunded. Requests must be made by email: neuromod.financeiro1@gmail.com , up to one day before the start of the event, IMPRETERIBLE! There will be no refund after 7 days from the start of the course, according to decree no. 7.962, of March 15, 2013, which regulates Law no. 8.078 of September 11, 1990, which provides for electronic commerce contracting.

SUBSCRIPTION OF PLANS

Delivery: An email will be sent for registration on the teaching platform with access to exclusive content related to the chosen plan.

Cancellation and refund: will be made up to 7 days after purchasing the plan. Requests must be made by email: neuromod.financeiro1@gmail.com , or via the restricted member area. There will be no refunds after 7 days of purchasing the plan, according to decree no. 7,962, of March 15, 2013, which regulates Law no. 8,078 of September 11, 1990, which provides for the contracting of electronic commerce.
