About the Training:
The Neuromodulation training offered by the NAPeN network is a short course (100 hours) in non-invasive neuromodulation focused on clinical application. It provides training in repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS). These techniques are capable of promoting neuroplasticity and have gained prominence in the field of motor and cognitive rehabilitation due to their potential to enhance the effects of traditional therapies. The training develops theoretical knowledge of biophysics, mechanisms of action, safety criteria, and therapeutic effects through virtual classes; in addition to a one-week practical training in an outpatient setting. The focus is clinical, focusing on the use of non-invasive brain stimulation and its applications in various clinical conditions. At the end of the training, participants will be able to apply tDCS and rTMS in their clinical practice.
